Congratulations to Our New Homeowner in Virginia Heights!

Sometimes, buying a house can be a fairly standard, transactional process with steps that need to be followed and paperwork that needs to be signed. It is just another deal involving lenders, agents, appraisers, title companies and attorneys.

Then other times, it is an incredibly exciting time for someone who is buying their first home mid-life. That is the case for our latest homeowner, Shondel, who can be seen here receiving the key to her new home in Virginia Heights. Shondel was so happy at closing and Anthony, our Buyer's Specialist, was there to capture the moment. We couldn't be more thrilled for her, it's the reason we work so hard every day- to keep the focus on her and every other first time home buyer we have the pleasure of meeting.
