Richmond Real Estate News - May 2020
For the last two month’s we have focused our Richmond real estate news on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and its impact on our local housing market. Typically speaking as unemployment rises the value of real property falls.
For this month I’ve created some graphics that can assist with trending. Full disclosure; I’m not a statistician or an economist. However, I’ve taken the time to create charts that show trending for the last three months of data.
Going into the springtime market means more listings are hitting the market. So, you may be asking, how many are actually selling? The closer we are to 1:1 the more consistent the pricing will remain.

In summary; as we continue to move forward during the pandemic I’ll keep updating these statistics. I’ve been making note of the market changes for the last three months. Once we have more data we’ll be able to make a better determination on how things may have changed.
Please keep me in mind for all of your real estate needs. I am never too busy to help you or your referrals.
